Are you family friendly?

Absolutely! We welcome family members of all ages. Mariner’s Loft has 1 high chair 2 pack-n-plays available on a first requested first served basis.

Are pets welcome?

We are pleased to offer dog-friendly accommodation at Mariner’s Loft in all suites. Please review the information below should you be vacationing with your four-legged friend.

There is no size limit on your dog; however, we have a limit of 2 pets per suite.

Pet owners are to be fully responsible for their pets during their stay: please keep your pets on a leash at all times, pick up after them and refrain from leaving pets alone in your suite if possible.

There is a $35 charge per pet per night, which includes:

– Comfortable pet bed

– Stainless steel bowls

– Pet towels

We look forward to welcoming your loved four-legged friend to Mariner’s Loft! Equal Service: Mariner’s Loft accepts pets and welcomes pet-toting travellers with the same level of service and hospitality as would be offered to guests without pets.

All pets must be registered prior to arrival.

Pet Fees: Any additional charges to guests travelling with pets reflect the extra cleaning costs or maintenance/repair expenses Mariner’s Loft incurs for accepting pets.

Is there WIFI?

Complimentary high-speed Satellite internet is on site.

 

Is there cable?

Each suite includes cable and a DVD player.

 

Are there laundry facilities?

The washing machine and dryer are located in the hall closet with laundry detergent. Ironing board and iron can also be found in the closet. Dry cleaning is available in town should you need it.

 

Are there outdoor spaces?

All our suites feature private decks and patios, equipped with patio furniture and BBQs to make your stay even more relaxing.

 

What are the suite rules?

Mariner’s Loft is a quiet complex. We ask that guests respect quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am. If you have a noise complaint please call the Mariner’s Loft number 778-967-3894.

 

Is there parking available?

There is a secure gated parking area, as well as bike storage available.

The penthouse suite includes 2 parking spots. Two bedroom suites include 1 parking spot. Any additional vehicles must be parked outside of the gate.

Parking passes will be available in your suite upon check-in and must be displayed in your vehicle during your stay.

 

Is there a fireplace?

Each suite features a gas fireplace, with an additional master bedroom fireplace in the 3-bedroom penthouse suite.

 

Do you accept longer term rentals for snowbirds?

Yes, we gladly welcome snowbirds and longer stays. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out is 10:30 am.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy is 14 days.
