## Cancellation Policy and Pet Policy



**Cancellation Policy:** A 50% deposit is taken when you book, and the balance is charged automatically at your cancellation deadline: 14 days before arrival for one suite, 30 days for two or more suites, 60 days for the full property. Cancel before that deadline and your deposit is refunded in full, less the 3% card processing fee. After it, the reservation is final and no refunds are issued, for any reason. **Dog-Friendly Pet Policy: All pets must be registered prior to arrival.**



There is no size limit on your dog; however, we have a limit of 2 pets per suite. Pet owners are to be fully responsible for their pets during their stay: please keep your pets on a leash at all times, pick up after them and DO NOT leave pets alone in the suite. Kindly encourage your pets to utilize the provided pet beds and refrain from their use of the rental’s furniture. Guests traveling with pets are responsible for any extra cleaning costs or maintenance expenses Mariner’s Loft incurs for accepting pets. Enjoy your Salt Spring Island experience.



**There is a $45 charge per pet per night, which includes: a comfortable pet bed, stainless bowls, and pet towels. If you fail to notify us in advance about your pet/s, you will be charged $90 dollars per pet per night.**
